What do we teach at Zion Lutheran Church? ~ Zion Lutheran Church is committed to the teaching and preaching of the Word of God in its truth and purity. ~ We believe that the Bible is the true inspired Word of God. ~ We believe that all people are by nature condemned sinners, deserving of eternal death in hell, and are incapable of doing anything to save ourselves. ~ We believe that God sent his only Son, Jesus Christ, to pay for the sins of the whole world through his perfect life, innocent death, and resurrection from the dead. ~ We believe that we receive the forgiveness of sins through faith in Jesus, given us by the Holy Spirit. ~ We believe that the Holy Spirit creates and strengthens faith by use of the Means of Grace, through the Word, Holy Baptism, and Holy Communion. ~ We believe in the sure hope of heaven through faith in Jesus Christ.
Or contact Zion Lutheran Church by phone, email, mail, or appointment, and we will be happy to answer your questions. |
